    I'm of the opinion that there is a load of cloud accounting options out there that every small business should be using. Nothing is more important than having control of your financial situation. www.waveapps.com is the one I use and it saved my life. Yup - it really did.

    I prefer to use old methods but excel works well for me and easier to do reports.
