    Sorry to hear this. We've checked registration and we can't pick up a business profile in the queueing system. Please try to add your business profile again and let us know if you experience any errors.

  • I can't create a profile. The system crashes and I just get logged out. I've put my information in several times now and it just does the same thing. Hugely frustrating and a waste of time.

  • I have an existing business profile which I've updated and created an ad. However, when I search the directory my business doesn't show up. The site also constantly logs you out when you navigate to another section of the menu.

  • Created a profile and uploaded a mission statement and logo. Then SAVED everything as instructed, BUT profile seems to have disappeared and I cannot search to the business or the services that it offers. What's the problem?

  • This was sadly a frustrating process and by the comments above it seems I'm not the only one. As mentioned whilst creating a profile it doesn't give you sufficient time and you are logged out and have to start the profile again from scratch. And then once you manage that and add an advert, this does not accept the advert detail. This has been hugely time-consuming of which a small business owner has little to spare. I think that there are some tech issues that need urgent attention.
