Disruption is not new

In this fascinating, eye-opening talk, Arthur takes us on a whirlwind tour of the recent history of technological innovation. He makes a case for how, contrary to perception, there’s nothing new about disruption itself. The difference, he posits, is that current technologies are connected and instant. This important distinction, he says, is what gives life in 2017 its special flavour of relentless, ubiquitous, and abundant change.

Arthur Goldstuck is CEO of World Wide Worx, South Africa's leading independent technology market research organisation.
