How do I enter?

What could I win?

You could win a seat at this in-depth, practical Get Financially Healthy workshop presented live online by Future Capital, a detailed business health check report, and 10 hours of one-on-one coaching to work on your individual business needs.

What are the entry criteria?

  • be a Nedbank small-business banking client;
  • be 18 or older,
  • be the owner of the business or a partner and have been working full-time there for at least three years; and
  • be available to attend the online workshop on 25 October 2022.
  • The business must have an annual turnover between R5 million and R30 million.

What are the minimum education requirements to attend the course?

You are not expected to be a math or accounting wizard; there are no formal education requirements. While every reasonable effort will be made to be inclusive of different languages and cultures, this workshop will be conducted in English.

How are the winners selected?

The 10 winners will be selected via an electronic draw on 13 October 2022 and announced on or before 14 October 2022 by email.

What format will the programme take?

The course format will be as follows:

  • One day live online workshop to be held 25 October 2022.
  • Detailed individualised business health check report highlighting blind spots and future challenges, as well as industry metrics and capital structures.
  • 10 hours of one-on-one online coaching (between 25 October and 12 December 2022) in which you will work through the business health check report and recommendations prepared by Future Capital for your business.

What is the workshop about?

This practical course is aimed at business owners wishing to get to grips with the financial health and profitability of their business and will cover the following topics:
