    Hi Louisa

There are third party companies that specialise in Social Media marketing and growth. If your business is in a position whereby it can afford to outsource this task to a professional then it is definitely something to consider.

Otherwise this can always be handled in-house. There are many websites/ case studies etc. that can educate and assist you in this particular regard.

Social media is an extremely powerful form of marketing in today's time and should definitely be considered (provided your budget will allow for this)

    Hi Louisa

    Marketing spend & ROI:

Create a monthly marketing budget template on excel. Allocate and measure a monthly budget on marketing spend and make sure that your “return on investment” is higher than your spend.

    Partition your marketing in stages:

Stage 1: Understand the product/services you're selling, target audience, goals and objectives. This will help you understand the platforms that you should using.

Stage 2: Improve your Google Search Rank by optimising your website content, SEO, sign-up to Google Business and submit your robots.txt to Google Console (this allows Google to crawl the content in your website). Google is a powerful platform that helps customers find your business.

Stage 3: Create sale funnels through marketing campaigns
