How is capital contribution towards shares captured under new Companies Act. We got referred to Section 40 of the new Companies Act, but it does not give clear indication on what should happen on Share certificate, we usually do this via Stated Capital, but according to client he is doubting the process. Anyone that can help with "lawfull"authorization/requirements herein?
