Engaging with the participants and hearing what needs and requirements need to be met, will go a long way in identifying what will identify a successful co-operative vs a non-successful one, as it is all about adding value to the members.

I concur with Brett here. Adding sincere value through engagement and assessment is key.

It is true to engage participant is a key. That is the reason with Co-Operatives Business Connections (COBUCO) we have monthly breakfasts which allows participants or co-operatives to directly engage themselves to all co-operatives development and challenges.

This addresses co-operatives concerns and allows them opportunities to deliberate various issues.

Topic Identity weekly or Monthly can be used as a starting platform for Co-Operative Business - Introducing new or common Topics would help identify who engages in the program and from there introduce a meet and greet then move to

Internal Business forum amongst invited members who add value to improve on Co-Operative Business. Has Work on many mines in the North West.
