my best advice would be to surround yourself with like minded and driven people. You can do this through joining forums such as simplybiz. Build a network of people who are driven and in the same boat as you are and encourage each other to succeed. 

I find that going to events and listening to prolific business people and speakers also keeps me motivated and helps with networking.

Lastly, READ READ READ! business books and self help books are great for motivation
