Follow the money. I mentored a small business last year. They had customers but were struggling a lot. When I looked at their client list, I found ONE customer was responsible for 80% of their income. We changed the target market from B2C to B2B.

We refined the B2B segment a bit, and they grew their business by 150% in 7 days.

If you have a few products, see which ones make the most money and focus on that segment until you have good money coming in.

@Willem, that sounds like a great case study - thanks for sharing. We have both B2B and B2C customers. Our B2C customers are generally high-income earners with discretionary spending available. The B2B customers bring a lot of profit per transaction but closing a deal takes very long and the revenues from that stream can be far between.
