    Yes, I have performance reviews and they are based on the businesses numbers. People are there to deliver on my goals and my targets. I do not mind if they come to work at 09:00 or 10:00 as long as they achieve what I want them to achieve.

    Review quarterly but have annual goals if you have such products and projects.
