The process of interviewing candidates for a position at your company can be an arduous one to say the least. With so many qualified people applying and your need for the right person with the right attitude and work ethic to fill the position but being unable to really trust whats on an applicant's CV you need to make the right choice. How do you feel about job interviews?

    Interviews are very important. But the best rule is as follows: Hire slow, fire fast.

    The worst time to hire someone is when you need them NOW.

    interviews are important but can be such a daunting task, I am headed to that now and well it sort of scares me to be honest

    When interviewing potential Staff identify their strengths verse their weaknesses and merge them with what would best suit the position been interviewed for.

    Know what you need prior to interviews would help eliminate what you not looking for - What have you had in the same position that worked verse what was there that did

    not work.
