What was the impact of Covid-19 and lockdown on your business?
My partner and I were both retrenched when lockdown started. I had no other option but to start my own business. My business is in recruitment and business coaching. Recruitment came to a stand still

I partnered with bigger recruitment companies and I extended my business network. I moved to a small town in the middle of the Free State to minimize my living cost. I made my business completely virtual. All candidate interviews, meetings, and coaching session were done via video
What lessons did you learn?
Never become comfortable in the work place, start your own business, and grow. Learn new things every day and never give up. You have a choice, you can either become the victim of the dilemma or the victor. I choose to become a solution to my problems.
Do you have any tips for other small businesses?
If you do the same thing over and over, you will get the same results over and over. Try new things, make mistakes, and learn from those mistakes. Life starts outside of your comfort zone
