As an entrepreneur or aspiring entrepreneur, you need to surround yourself with positive people. You don’t have to do it alone, there are organizations that are dedicated to empowering you and your business. Here are some great organizations that support the development of entrepreneurs:

Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship: The Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship is an independent center of entrepreneurial expertise. It is funded in part by Virgin Unite, Virgin’s nonprofit foundation in addition to global business leaders and investors. Virgin Unite is about uniting people to tackle tough social and environmental issues in an entrepreneurial way, drawing upon all the resources from across the Virgin Group.

Entrepreneurs' Organization: The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) is a global business network of 8,000+ business owners in 122 chapters and 35 countries. Founded in 1987 by a group of young entrepreneurs, EO enables small and large business owners to learn from each other, leading to greater business success and enriched personal life. Their vision is to build the world's most influential entrepreneur community.

Innovation Hub: The Innovation Hub, a community of successful, innovative companies. Established in 2001, The Innovation Hub (TIH) is a science and technology park whose main aim is to increase the wealth of its community, by promoting the culture of innovation and the competitiveness of its associated businesses and knowledge-based institutions.

  • Tshimologong, the tech incubator of Withs University is also good. They have some great programs there.
